Our solutions for gear measurement offer maximum precision and flexibility. Whether special machines of GT series For the most demanding gearing tests or coordinate measuring machines with rotary tables — we have the right system. While the GT series was developed specifically for gears, our CMMs with a rotary table offer a versatile alternative that is also ideal for other measurement tasks.
Our new GT series is based on our successful tradition of developing and producing specialized gear measuring machines. During the new development, we have improved many important details. The new GT series works with our standard WPC controller and is used with completely new WENZEL software. With the GT series, we are setting standards: gear measurement technology grows together with universal measurement technology: tactile and optical!
All measuring machines in the LH series can also be configured with an integrated turntable. This enables both the precise 4-axis measurement of rotationally symmetrical components and the reliable measurement of the entire range of prismatic components. Measurements on gears are also possible on a stationary wheel (without a turntable) as well as with a stationary wheel using the same software.
