Stand-type coordinate measuring machines
WENZEL horizontal arm coordinate measuring machines (CMGs) are the ideal choice when, for example, sheet metal parts in the automotive industry, aerospace, mechanical engineering and the railway industry need to be tested. Large-volume and complex components are no problem in front of horizontal arm measuring devices. The open design of the coordinate measuring machines enables optimal accessibility.
The KMGs of RA series are installed on the floor-level base plate, into which the guide system is integrated. Thanks to this design, the coordinate measuring machine can easily be equipped with large and heavy components, such as complete vehicles. The horizontal arm CMG combines mechanical accuracy with high reliability and impresses with its open structure for optimum accessibility.
The machine concept of RS meters is based on a sturdy base plate as a measuring table with a laterally mounted guide system. Horizontalarm-KMG can be integrated into an existing room concept in a highly flexible way without a specific foundation. If necessary, the coordinate measuring machine can be moved to a new location at relatively short notice.
