Modern car body components must by no means only meet our optical requirements. Every component that is on the exterior of the vehicle must also contribute to efficiency and be developed in such a way that, in the event of possible accidents, it dissipates forces in such a way that the occupants and other parties involved in the accident (including pedestrian protection) experience minimal effects.
