The WENZEL MMS turns mobile 3D scanning into an automated process. The mScan is guided precisely around the component by a collaborative robot, while the integrated rotary table allows for additional positioning. A total of seven automated axes are available. Once set up, the scanning process runs automatically. The captured 3D data is then made available directly for further analysis.
Thanks to its mobile design, the MMS can be used flexibly at various workstations. The robot controller, industrial PC, and other system components are compactly integrated into the station. Permanent floor mounting is not required.
