product information

The XC65dx (-LS) laser scanner with multiple laser capabilities captures all 3D details of features, edges, pockets, ribs, and freeform surfaces in a single scan. Thanks to fully digital 3D digitization, the number of scans per unit of time (scan frequency) is increasing. The laser intensity is intelligently adjusted to any surface without manual intervention.

Features

  • Patented multi-strip laser technology picks up the object from 3 directions
  • High-speed digital technology increases scanning frequency
  • Unique point-to-point adjustment of laser intensity
  • Laser scanning for easily deformable or fragile objects
  • Larger working distance for optimal absorption of low-lying pockets and long holes as well as hard-to-reach
    Features

Areas of application

The feature scanner is ideal for gap and flush measurements as well as for applications where in general
a large distance from the component is required.

  • Digital image of body shells
  • Inspection of cast parts (e.g. engine blocks)
  • Scanning of plastic molds and hollow bodies (e.g. fuel containers) Automotive industry
  • Scan simple, geometric to complex features
  • Gap and flush testing of windows or fenders
