When a new customer project required particularly tight tolerances, it was clear that a new measurement solution was needed. Together with our long-standing partner Ravema, which has been serving customers in Sweden and Norway for over 25 years, Varbergs Precision invested in a WENZEL LH 1210 with the REVO 5-axis alignment system.

With the new solution, components can now be fully tested in a single measurement — without time-consuming restructuring. This ensures greater process reliability, a higher measurement speed and, above all, reliable results that customers can rely on.

“WENZEL's precision and the degrees of freedom in the measurements were decisive for us. We can now verify details in a measurement and have a significantly safer and more reliable method,” reports Pawel Reszel, quality and environmental manager at Varbergs Precision.

After two days of training, we were able to start immediately and have barely had to make use of support so far. This shows how intuitive the software is,” continues Reszel.

The fact that the decision was made in favour of WENZEL is not only due to the technology, but also to long-standing and trusting cooperation with Ravema. The Swedish company offers its customers in Sweden and Norway competent service, training and personal support directly on site.

With the upcoming move to larger premises, Varbergs Precision is creating the basis for further growth.
