Technical Support (Service) Employee (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Receipt of technical support requests via phone and email, input and processing via a ticket system
  • Structured and detailed analysis of support cases, identification and transfer of solutions
  • First point of contact and point of contact for all technical questions
  • Support including remote support and AR glasses
  • Failure analysis and troubleshooting support in individual cases, even on site
  • Cooperation with specialist departments to clarify technical topics in detail
  • Training and coaching of service technicians and preparation of service and training documentation

Your profile:

  • Completed technical education
  • Strong customer and service orientation and fun working in a team
  • First experience in operating and supporting complex PC-based machines is desirable
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • English language skills
