Girls' Future Day

Today we had the pleasure of meeting students as part of Girls'Day to welcome you to an exciting workshop with us. With a diverse program, we have insights into our world and the numerous career opportunities with WENZEL given.

During a factory tour of our plants, the participants received a comprehensive An insight into our production processes and the advanced technologies we use to provide best-in-class solutions to our customers.

In addition, we presented various Training occupations such as a technical product designer and precision mechanic. These occupations provide a solid basis for a successful career and make it possible for trainees to do so.

A particular highlight was the insight into the Profession of measurement technician, which shows how our highly qualified specialists carry out precision measurements and help ensure that our products meet the highest standards. The participants were able to test their craft skills by bending a rose.

The Girls'Day offers girls the opportunity to learn about professions or fields of study in which the proportion of women is less than 40 percent, e.g. in the fields of IT, crafts, natural sciences and technology. Since 2001, it has been funded by the Federal Ministry for Families, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth and the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
