WENZEL is showing his teeth again!

Milan — Measurement technology specialist WENZEL is presenting its new GT series gearing measuring machine live to a large audience of experts for the first time at EMO 2021.

The new GT series is based on WENZEL's successful tradition of developing and producing specialized gear measuring devices. Many decisive details were improved during the new development. The new GT series works with WENZEL's standard WPC controller and is delivered with a completely new WM | Gear gearing software developed by WENZEL, including the universal WM | Quartis measurement software. WENZEL is setting standards with the GT series: gear measurement technology is combined with universal measurement technology: tactile and optical.

The GT series offers the right solution for a wide range of measurement tasks: for small-module gears and rotationally symmetrical components, e.g. from the automotive industry, to toothed workpieces and shafts, which are used, for example, in commercial vehicles, railway transmissions or construction and agricultural machinery, to the measurement of marine transmissions. For easy mounting of shafts, the gearing measuring device can be optionally equipped with a counterholder. Diameters of up to 1,200 mm can be measured using the counter holder. For components whose measurement does not require a counterholder, diameters of up to 1,600 mm can even be measured precisely. WENZEL thus supports a wide range of industries and provides solutions for the automotive and energy industries, conveyor technology, agriculture, the aviation industry and mechanical & plant engineering.
