Measurement solutions for the Czech market

PRAGUE, June 30, 2022. The contract for Wenzel's participation in BRT servis s.r.o. was signed today in Prague. This further strengthens the 22-year partnership. From now on, the company operates under the name WENZEL BRT s.r.o.

BRT was founded in April 2000 as a service organization offering metrological services to users of WENZEL coordinate measuring machines on the Czech market. During this time, the market share was expanded from one percent in 2000 to over twenty percent now. Customers include well-known companies from various industrial sectors. BRT also developed into a specialist for professional design solutions, from machines to milling heads to manual modelling tools.

“The aim of the cooperation is to further expand trust in WENZEL brand products and our position on the Czech market in machine sales and service business,” explains Ing. Pavel Brachtl, managing director at BRT.

Dr. Heike Wenzel, managing partner of the WENZEL Group, is also pleased with the new form of cooperation: “The Czech Republic has many locational advantages, qualified workers, a good infrastructure and a strong mechanical engineering sector. The investment wants to bring our successful partnership to a new level.”
