LH 87 coordinate measuring machine with REVO

The REVO button expands the possibilities and increases the throughput and performance of WENZEL KMGs through its 5-axis movement.
SF 87 Shopfloor KMG with automatic assembly
SF 87 is the shop floor CMM for measurement in the manufacturing environment. In relation to the floor space, the machine offers an optimal measurement volume. Powerful probes and optical sensors further increase efficiency. We are showing the solution with automatic assembly by a UR robot.

OPC UA — A common language for all machines
As an open interface standard, OPC UA is a central requirement for the successful introduction of Industry 4.0 into production. OPC UA ensures the interoperability of machines and systems, which can be linked and redesigned as required via plug & work — platform-independent and cross-manufacturer. In the VDMA Measurement and Testing Technology working group, we are currently working on the basic standard for better communication and interoperability in measurement technology.

SF 87 with REVO
At Renishaw, we are showing our KMG SF 87, optimised for manufacturing requirements, with the REVO. The SF 87 is the universal measuring device for the manufacturing environment and requires little floor space for an optimized measurement volume of 800 x 700 x 700 mm. This makes it ideal for a large part of the machining and forming industry.
